Hey folks I'm enjoying the week off work by helping out with a leadership camp at Living Springs Camp.  So far its been a lot of fun.  I'm playing music with Andy, Curt, and Garret, plus spending time with some pretty cool kids.  This is the last day and it's been a lot of fun but I'm also looking foward to going home again.  Well thats whats happening right now if you want more details call me.

While watching American History X I felt compelled to writer about it.  Over the course of watching this movie it often scares me.  It scares me to realize that there are people in this world that think and act like some of the characters in this movie.  To think that some people have such hate built up inside for someone else that they don’t even know, and for what?  So that they have someone to cast the blame of their frustrations on as if that will make it ok.  Yet what does all of this hate and anger do?  It certainly doesn’t make life better.  And nothing you do in your anger will ever truly make you feel better.  Anger just builds up and poisons your soul.

 

This is a great film that everyone should see.  Every time I watch it I feel like my eyes are being opened.  I’m also man enough to say that after watching this movie many times I still tear up at the end.  So that’s it those are my big deep thoughts.  If none of this makes any sense it’s probably because it’s almost 2am.  So I talk to you all soon.

WOW BACK 2 BACK POST!!!

Hey Friends I'm writing because I just got a job interview with ODC (Occupational Development Center).  Next tuesday I will be interviewing for a postion as a job coach.  If I do get this job I'll be working with adults with mental disabilities and helping them do their jobs.  I was just excitied about this so I thought I'd post about it.
